I just loved Arielle´s presentation. I really connect with her. Thank you very much.
I ended up at the summit because I read Dr. Schwartz’s book and saw her post on social media. So glad I happened upon this, such great content!
Thank you! Today’s speakers were wonderful!
Thanks for everything. Hello from Perú
Thank you for a very informative and helpful presentation.
Wow, wow, wow. Thank you Dr. Swartz for the most engaging presentation I’ve attended in months. You have a fantastic understanding of your subject and a competency and freshness in your descriptions and explanations.
Wow! Yes good explanations that expand and apply to practical challenges and growth situations.
You seem to blame people with trauma for not having the right mindsets.
Day 4
Excellent givers!
Thanks so much 🙏
Thank you for this series!
A lot of great topics and information!
I feel immensely grateful and hopeful.
I agree and it felt good I am not the only one following this great summitbfrom Turkey! (Assuming you are in Turkey)
Many many thanks Dr Schwartz. I have never watched a presentation so moving, authentic, organic, sensitive and compassionate.
I much appreciate Dr Schwartz presentation, very clear, educational and complete.
These are amazing presentations I’ve been watching over the last four days, and in fact, as a trauma survivor, this “drinking out of the firehose” is both liberating and daunting. I just didn’t know there were so many resources available. Thank you!
Your comment highlights how I’ve been feeling about the summit. It is far too much all at once to watch… to watch even half of it, honestly. I need days off in between watching them but can’t afford to buy ongoing access. I wish the format was more like every Thursday for ten weeks or something. And I’m in a good place! It’s just not material one can binge.
Muy agradecida a todos los profesionales y a Jeffrey Rustein por el nivel de excelencia académica y humana de cada presentación!
LInda Graham´s webinar presentation is delicate uplifting. Loved the quotations and to learn about her own quarantine experience. Her ABCDE will complement the PPP of resilience (trauma is not personal and it doesn´t need to be pervasive; nor permanent). Thank you.
Thank you Arielle and Linda for uplifting teachings on resilience especially at this time of Covid, financial insecurity and racial injustice pain . I work with people with disabilities. Persons who grow up with disabilities are generally resilient and have taught me and other people with new disabilities how to move through life with new abilities and find joyful resilience. The first time I walked alone with a long white cane and read a joke in braille was a new set point for me. When I am struggling, I use those feelings as resources. Is there a good or positiveness living with disabilities? Yes ,we get to practice every moment. Cheers and lovingkindness.
Thank you for hosting this Summit. I have a diagnosis of complex trauma and I work with homeless women who likely have trauma.
Arielle’s talk is my favorite so far! Super informative, integrative, and clear, but also extremely inspiring. She really gave more concrete tools and techniques.
I really enjoyed Arielle’s webinar. It resonated so much with my own life experience. Finding someone to travel the journey of trauma with you is so difficult but it is crucial if you are to heal.
Thank you so much, all these days have been amazing for my soul. I love you all deeply.
I saw Arielle in a PESI workshop and I was so inspired. Arielle is so clear in her gift of giving her knowledge. Thank you Arielle
Thank you for sharing
Very interesting and resonating for me and felt she explained very easily…
Arielle’s session was incredibly helpful. So much clearly presented useful information. Thank you! Lovely presence.

Thanks so much to Soundstrue and to all the participants that share their knowledge and experience!
It is a wonderful and nourishing gift for me, as a person and a psychotherapist. Thanks to your generosity and inspiration, I will be better able to work with many others in this difficult moment.
Dr. Arielle Schwartz’s presentation was my favorite so far. I loved the grounding and stretching exercises. Such a powerful way to get back in tune with your body.
Great teaching
Linda….I love that poem, heard first by Dr Wayne Dyer, I use it often in my shares as it encapsulates my life. Thank you x
I learned alot from this presenters thank you! cant wait for tomorrow.
I’ve loved the past few days. Today I spent 2 hours trying to watch these videos. They kept freezing.
Arielle….I got so so much from your session and slides xx thank you xx
Thankyou, Arielle Schwartz! As a rape trauma survivor (thriver) with 33 years building my resilience within, I have never heard the trauma recovery journey so well articulated and understood; so well expressed with compassionate connection! My, my, my! An amazing presentation! Brava!
Arielle is amazing! I haven’t personally found any resources or therapy to work with anyone on my trauma but thank God for sounds true! I’ve been able to work through a lot on my own. I LOVE Resilience Informed Therapy/Care! I feel I’ve focused enough on the trauma and I’m ready to move forward into the next step. Thank you
Arielle schwartz is excellent. I had listened to her in previous webinar . She explains the concept in such a beautiful manner. Her notes updated through . Her mindfulness exercises is something easy to follow looking forward to attend more of her webinars to make my life better and to help others with her suggestions.
Thank you Arielle Schwartz. You gave me so much to work on but most you gave me hope. I wish I could work with you.
Are Dr Schwartz slides accessible?
Linda Graham’s talk seems to me to be at best theory to Diana Winston’s practice.
Personally, I find Diana Winston translates Arielle’s theory in practice.
Felt nourished and held.Thank you; Linda
Dr. Schwartz’s presentation was excellent. Thank you for saying that the meditative breath can be triggering. I have found this in my practice. I love using the term “resiliency” as opposed to “trauma.”.
I work as a Family Therapist using a resilience model . I found both the presentations today very helpful in the context of Covid. Thank you
Thank you to both Arielle & Linda! A key take-away for me was the importance of developing safety & empowerment, not to avoid but rather to effectively address the pain & grief.
Thank you Linda Graham. It was very informative, very practical, and certainly something we can use; to help ourselves and others.
