As a master practitioner in the Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) tradition, Laurie uses these two methods herself every day. In fact, she considers them essential foundations for both beginners and advanced healers.

As Laurie teaches, the most effective energy work begins with a strong connection to the divine energy of love and light, and the heart chakra is the natural place to grow it. This practice opens that link, filling you with loving divine and angelic energies that you can carry into your day.

Practice 2

Chakra Energy Balancing

(For Restoring Calm)

When the challenges of the day leave you scattered or overactivated, this practice helps bring your energy back into balance. By gently connecting the second and fourth chakras, it settles the nervous system and restores steadiness, a reset Laurie relies on herself throughout the day. Like the first practice, this one also draws upon divine energy, so while it’s calming, it won’t feel tiring or draining.

Laurie Nealon

… is an energy healer, practitioner, and educator trained in many modalities and techniques, with more than fifteen years of experience, working with clients across the country and around the world. In the Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) tradition, she is a Master Practitioner, Master Instructor, and Master Trainer. She brings a warm, patient, down-to-earth teaching style to students at all levels. Her passion is helping people discover and take ownership of their natural capacity to heal.
