For more than 40 years, the late Dr. Marshall Rosenberg helped people peacefully resolve conflicts in families, schools, business, and politics in over 30 countries on five continents. Dr. Rosenberg’s method was born during the American Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s and tested in the crucible of some of the world’s most volatile situations in the second half of the 20th century. Now, with The Nonviolent Communication Online Training Course, participants can learn this legendary teacher’s renowned method for creating harmony and mutual understanding, even in seemingly impossible situations.
His teachings, enriched by encounters with people of various races, creeds, and cultures from around the world, offer profound insights into bridging divides and celebrating our shared human experience.

Teachers
The Nonviolent Communication Online Training Course comprises more than 10 hours of immersive instruction in NVC, including nine audio sessions with Marshall Rosenberg and a video Q&A session with certified instructor John Kinyon.
Marshall Rosenberg (1934 – 2015) was a clinical psychologist and the founder and director of educational services for the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), an international nonprofit organization that offers workshops and training in 30 countries. Dr. Rosenberg initiated peace programs in war torn areas including Rwanda, Burundi, Nigeria, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, Serbia, Croatia, and Ireland. He is the author of Nonviolent Communication and Living Nonviolent Communication.
